Welcome to Seafront Properties. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and any property-related transactions conducted with us in Egypt. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Definitions

Company: Refers to Seafront Properties, its subsidiaries, and affiliates in Egypt.
Client: Refers to any individual, investor, or entity using our services.
Property: Refers to real estate units, land, or developments listed, promoted, or sold through the Company.
Agreement: Refers to the binding contract entered into between the Company and the Client.

2. Scope of Services

Seafront Properties provides services including but not limited to:

Property sales, leasing, and rentals.
Property management and consultancy.
Real estate marketing and investment advisory.
Legal assistance and coordination with government authorities for property registration and documentation.

3. Legal Compliance

All transactions are subject to Egyptian law, including Law No. 114 of 1946 (Real Estate Registration) and other applicable real estate and foreign ownership regulations.
Foreign buyers must comply with Egyptian property ownership laws, including restrictions on agricultural land and special approvals where required.
Clients are responsible for ensuring their eligibility to purchase or lease property in Egypt.

4. Property Listings & Information

The Company strives to provide accurate property descriptions, prices, and availability.
All information is provided "as is" and may change without prior notice.
The Company is not liable for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in listings provided by property owners, developers, or third parties.

5. Transactions & Payments

Property reservations require a reservation deposit, which may be non-refundable depending on the project or agreement.
Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed sales contract or lease agreement.
The Company is not responsible for delays or defaults caused by developers, sellers, or third parties.
All prices and payments are subject to applicable Egyptian taxes and fees.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate personal and financial information.
Respect payment schedules and legal obligations.
Use properties in compliance with Egyptian law and community regulations.

7. Confidentiality & Data Protection

The Company protects Client data in accordance with Egyptian data protection principles.
Personal information will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company acts as an intermediary and is not liable for disputes between buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, or developers.
The Company is not responsible for changes in government regulations, delays in registration, or force majeure events.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved amicably.
If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts in Cairo.
Arbitration may be considered if agreed by both parties.

10. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated terms will be published on the Company's website and become effective immediately.
